Tamsin started her career with a broad general practice, including crime, family, commercial litigation, property litigation and personal injury work, with dual qualifications. She now concentrates on commercial, contractual and property matters.
Tamsin has worked on litigation involving liability to customers for accidents in public premises, and other tort based proceedings.
Tamsin has advised on contractual disputes concerning a range of subjects and relationships.
Before concentrating on civil litigation, Tamsin developed her advocacy skills at the criminal Bar, appearing regularly in the Crown Court for both the prosecution and the defence.
Landlord & tenant
Tamsin has considerable expertise of service charge disputes in both the County Court and the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, predominantly acting for residents’ associations. She also defends possession proceedings and frequently advises on forfeiture and long-lease obligations.
